The machine is fully automatic control, manual picking and placing of trays, automatic barrel feeding, automatic barrel grabbing and stacking, manual placing of partitions, and manual stacking. During production, a tray is manually taken and placed at the designated conveying position. The large buckets of water are bagged and transported by the conveyor, and arranged in a row (4 buckets per row, which can be customized according to customers) through the pneumatic mechanism, and the bucket grabbing mechanism grabs the large buckets of water. Pick and place it on the pallet, after one layer is coded, manually pick and place a partition and put it on the stack, and then repeat the second layer. After stacking a stack, it will be automatically unloaded (forklift fork away), and then enter the pallet - stack the bucket - take the partition... and repeat the stacking operation.
