Water treatment system,also called water filtration sterlizer system, is the process of purifying the raw water by a series
equipments and devices to be drinkable.The water treatment equipment includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion
exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis, hollow fiber filter, ozone generator, ozone mixing tower and water tank, etc.
Fresh Fruit Processing System
This system is designed for customers want to use fresh fruit to blend.it mainly have three parts:fresh fruit bubble pressure washing tunnel.fruit juice extractor.and juice storage tank ready for blending
Juice Blending System
The system include: sugar melting, syrup filter, syrup storage tank, diatomaceous filter, Mixing tank, hot water storage tank,
homogenizer, vacuum de-aerator machine (degassing system) ,ultra-high temperature sterilizer and CIP.
Bottle Filling And Packing System
the bottling line is used to fill the processed juice into bottle.then label the bottle and pack it.it mainly include bottle blowing machine.juice filling machine(Bottle washing/filling capping 3 in 1 machine).Pasteurization tunnel.Bottle dryer.date coding machine.labeling machine and packing machine.
