Automatic Film Shrink wrapping machine is suitable for wrapping of such products as pop-top,mineral water ,bottles.beer,drinks etc without bottom tray ,working with PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly ,the whole production process adopts the Germany advanced technology ,and the main parts are imported from international famous companies ,Capacity stable and using long-time ,it consists of seven actuating motor ,through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group come out from the hot shrinking packing machine

Main Construction

1. Conveying device: conveying items to be packed.

2. Bottle-separating and bottle-blocking device: separate lanes to convey and control the package's stroke.

3. Material retaining device: to prevent the package from being squeezed too much, and to provide a buffer space.

4. Bottle separation device: separate the packaging bottle and the waiting bottle for the secondary package.

5. Bottle pushing device: push items to the sealing and cutting station.

6. Bottle pressing mechanism: prevent the bottle from falling and ensure the completion of sealing and cutting.

7. Upper and lower film feeding device: conveying packaging film.

8. Sealing and cutting main body: sealing and cutting film to realize covering film.

9. Fault alarm device: prompts the operator to eliminate the fault in time.

10. PLC program control system: automatic control.

11. Main electric control box: centralized control of the control of the machine.
