Features 1.This machine is specially for 5 gallons bottled drinking water production with wide capacity ranges. 
The 5 gallon filling machine integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit ,in order to achieve the purpose of multiple washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing. 
The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically. This 5 gallon filling machine with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy ,also this line can automatically carry out bottle feeding washing, sterilizing, filling capping, counting and products discharging . 
The 5 gallon filling machine is a new kind of barreled water auto-producting line ,which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.

1. Bottle/Barrel External Brushing	This machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which has the advantages of easy washing and corrosion resistance.
2. Automatic barrel up-loader	This station can automatically push the prepared empty bottle into the filling station, put the bottle into the holder inside the washer station for inside washing.
3. Inside/Internal Washing	In the inside rinsing station, the barrel will be cleaned by multiple cleaning liquid, from alkali water to disinfecting water, and then to the pure water, to ensure every barrel can be cleaned absolutely. And then the filling machine and capping machine will start to work automatically.
4. 5 Gallon Water Bottle Filling Machine	This filling machine for PET bottle integrates the functions of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based onadvanced technology overseas and designed according to the filling processing demands of mineral water, pure water etc.
5. Cap Heat Shrinking Machine	This cap heat shrink machine is used to shrink the plastic label on the 3& 5 gallon caps. It adopted good quality imported stainless steel, simply operation and working smoothly.
