Functions and features:

1.Automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit;
2.Under-pressure protection: when incoming air's pressure is Less than or equal 0.5MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped.
3.Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped.
4.Remarks:We can add other functions as customer's requirements like:hot tank heating washing,bottle external washing,cap washing ,capacity note and man-machine control.

Automatic decaper

Automatic cap pulling out machine is corollary production equipment specially designed for 5 gallons barrel drinking water filling and production line.

It is compact, high working efficiency and stable and reliable, high degree of automation, it is the machine electrical Trinity corollary equipment for 5 gallon barrel automatic water production line.

Automatic bottle exterior brushing machine:

Automatic barrel external brushing machine is special use for 5 gallon barreled drink water production line. Especially for mineral drink water, can effective remove the deposit and alga materials bring by mineralize on the bottom of the barrel, this machine is under bottom of the barrel, both rinsing the inside and outside the barrel, obvious improve the rinsing efficiency, reduce the second pollution by second manual brushing and fall the labor intensity.

Automatic bottle loader:

The empty barrel cleaned by inside and outside brushing machine sending through automatic loading system by transmission chain, loading barrel counter counting 2pcs barrels, blocking barrel cylinder action to stop feeding barrel, loading and pushing barrel action, and pushing barrel to barrel inverting frame reset, loading cylinder action to invert the barrel to level position and waiting for feeding barrel.


Washing part:

It has 2 rows and 9 steps washing
Water amount of filing: 6T/H
Consumption of water: consumption of water 1T/H(disinfection water reuse, water reuse one time)


Filling part:

Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.

Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.


Capping part:

Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.
Customers can choose to equip ABB/SEW motor, GRUNDFOS water pump, FESTO pneumatic component.

Light checker and steam heating shrink machine:

Inspection light is used for lighting when inspect whether exist sundries in barrel.

Heat shrinking machine is consist of water vessel and electric heat up, electric heat up to produce steam.


Automatic bag packing machine:

Automatic film feeding, feed, bag, sealing once completed, save manpower, improve efficiency, and realize unmanned operation docking production line. Teflon anti-stick coating alloy thermostatic sealing knife, sealing temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, it can be arbitrarily set, sealing wire is not easy to crack, no edges, sealing more beautiful.


Leakage tester:

leakage checking machine is a professional machine to check leakage, after gas filling, pressure keeping, pressure testing, the machine will push damaged barrels out of conveyor.


1.Provide a full set of production process parameters.

2.All equipment and required water, electricity and gas shall be arranged according to the requirements of the production line. Driving and raw materials, the supplier sent commissioning process personnel to the factory for equipment installation and commissioning. The buyer arranges 2-3 employees to cooperate with the master to install and debug.
